How long will my parcel take to arrive?
Orders are lovingly packed and sent within 1-7 days via your chosen shipping method. Once shipped, we will send you your tracking number so that you don't have to keep checking the front door in excitement every time you hear a noise!

Sendle are the bees knees for small businesses, allowing those of us that sometimes have big post weeks, as well as small post weeks, the chance to keep our shipping methods affordable for us and for you!
For now, they are unable to offer delivery to PO Boxes or Express Post, but we'd still like you to have those options, so we offer Auspost delivery as well.

Tell us more about your wrapping and packaging!
We open our own parcels and presents with the same care our Nan's did, so we often have perfectly good wrapping and small boxes floating around, barely used! It may be frustrating to watch your Nan take 45 minutes to open a present, with a running commentary on how nice the wrapping is and how she will definitely re-use it, but we reckon she's onto something, so we're doing the same! We care about the environment, so we re-use and recycle wrapping and packaging where we can. Don't worry, we will make sure everything that we use is up to scratch in both looks and protection!
If you're sending someone an extra special gift, just drop us a message in the notes section at checkout, so we can make sure we use the very best for them and make their gift look extra special! If you'd like to include a little note for them, let us know and we will hand write it and pop it in their parcel.
